Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. It’s disqualified if the following happens:  if you utilize the pick up box in Harvey or Luling and the heat melts off the clip.    I am not responsible for the condition of the item after 5 days.  You will receive a notification saying it’s ready for pick up, it’s your responsibility to write yourself to reminder to pick up.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 110 Camellia Ct Luling LA 70070 if out of town.   Most of the time I will remake the item and send it again.   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your item in the mail and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items and custom made items 

Unfortunately, i cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
I replace clips for $2 per item    If something is made wrong, I ask that you message me first to make things right before resorting to shame on social media.  I would like to hold my good rep and I am easy to talk to
